6. Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the UK.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not liable for lost or misdelivered items.

7. Payment

Currently we are only accepting debit or credit card payments.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully completed. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the full purchase amount including applicable shipping fees.

8. Refund & Return Policy

At Pebbl Innovations, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable experience. As this is a limited early release, we value your feedback and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order.

We make all our products in house, using our two trusty 3D printers. We carry out thorough inspection of all printed parts but unfortunately, 3D printing is not perfect and there may be tiny imperfections on our pebbles (we like to think of it as “character”) and will only be classed as “defective” if they disrupt operation of the product.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  1. In its original packaging

  2. In a condition suitable for resale

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges or replacements. As this is a limited release, inventory is restricted. All approved returns will be processed as refunds only.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective item or a fulfillment error on our part, Pebbl Innovations will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, including those due to change of mind, customer error, or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to secure stock.

Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders are subject to change, and we will notify customers of any delays.

Pre-orders cannot be refunded unless we fail to fulfill the order.

If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pebbl Innovations, including its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to charging cables, connected devices, power sources, or personal property, as well as any risk of overheating, electrical malfunction, or fire.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that Pebbl Innovations products are used with compatible cables and devices, and in accordance with all provided instructions and safety guidelines. Use of damaged, incompatible, or improperly installed cables may result in malfunction or hazard, and is done at the user's own risk.

All Pebbl Innovations products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.
